Probiotic 4th of July Popsicles

Sharing is caring!

I love these fun probiotic 4th of July popsicles! They are sure to make young and old alike smile! We have all heard of the wonderful health benefits found in yogurt. These popsicles have no added sugar and are completely easy to make.

Whether you make these for the 4th of July or just a hot summer day these popsicles are sure to cool you down. The kids will love the fun colors and surprises these pops bring.

These popsicles are sure to knock your socks off! It’s always a blessing when I can make and give my children a healthy snack that they enjoy! Jam packed with Maine wild blueberries full of antioxidants. They provide a sweetness with a hint of tart. I chose Maine wild blueberries because unlike traditional large berries, these berries are more sweet, allowing for this recipe to be sweetened only by the berries and with no added sugar! Sweet strawberries give beautiful hues of pink and red. Along with that divine sweetness a strawberry provides.

With 14 children and 12 of those children still at home I feel like making snacks is a daily task. I’m always looking for new ideas that my children will love. Love these they do! WE hope your family enjoys these as well.

Are you more of a visual learning? I decided to make a little impromptu video.
